Are SARMs Legal Steroids?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] One question that pops up very often when speaking about SARMs or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators is: “Are SARMs legal steroids?” The answer is tricky, as it can be both “yes” and “no”. It’s a complicated matter. And in this article, we’re going to talk about why. If you’ve heard about SARMs before, you already know that they’re amazing supplements for bodybuilders and athletes. What you’re probably wondering about is why they’re so often compared to steroids. What are SARMs exactly?

Overview

SARMs are therapeutic compounds that have properties similar to anabolic agents. They also have reduced androgenic properties. For bodybuilders, this means a boost in raw potential. So definitely, they work in a similar way as steroids. SARMs are great because they can help you increase your strength and endurance. They can help reduce muscle loss after workouts. Plus, they help increase your recovery time, so that you can shake off injuries and joint pains. And yes, you can get all these benefits from SARMs without the nasty side effects of steroids.

SARMs vs. Steroids

That’s where the “selective” part of the name comes into play. Unlike steroids, SARMs don’t target every cell it can come into contact with. They only attach to muscle and bone cells and boost their functionality. SARMs don’t cause bone loss, liver damage, acne, and hormonal imbalance. Instead, they help you reach your full potential. Because of the harmful effects of steroids, they were made illegal. SARMs now serve as a safe and legal alternative to steroids. So what’s the catch? The general opinion is that SARMs are effective, but you have to be careful when using them. And that’s correct: only use SARMs in moderation, because these can still cause side effects if you overuse them. Talk to your doctor about SARMs to know their recommended daily dosage. Also, if you are an athlete competing professionally, you cannot take SARMs as they are still considered performance enhancers.

Are SARMs Legal Steroids?

On one hand, yes, SARMs can be considered legal steroids because of the way they function, and how they serve as a safer alternative to steroids. Yes, they are legal, and you can purchase them online from sites like Olympic Labz. If you wish to achieve the body of your dreams (and you’re not a professional or student athlete) then by all means, go for it. But speaking technically, no, SARMs are different from steroids for a number of reasons. They do not cause side effects when used properly, and they only target muscle and bone cells. If in doubt, contact your doctor and ask them what’s best for you. If you’re an athlete, better double your effort in the gym and start eating healthy, because you can’t get the advantage of performance enhancers if you want to earn your gold medal. But for those who can benefit from the boost provided by SARMs like those available in our amazing Gold Stack, Olympic Labz has a wide selection of different products that can suit your training needs. Chicken that Doesn’t Taste Like Grass: Preparing Better Tasting Chicken for a Show

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row" background_position="top_left" background_repeat="repeat" background_size="initial"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text" background_position="top_left" background_repeat="repeat" background_size="initial" _builder_version="3.0.51" background_layout="light" text_orientation="left" border_style="solid"] Have you ever trained for a bodybuilding, bikini, physique or figure show? Then you know exactly what it’s like to eat a meal before a show and suffer through chicken that tastes like grass (or something that rhymes with grass, but I digress). It’s either that or it just doesn’t seem to have any taste at all. Here are some low-calorie recipes that are very delicious that’ll even leave your stomach inspired throughout the whole show. These recipes are also great during nearly every phase of your workout cycle, so you’ll have plenty of time to practice making them so you have them down before a big show weekend.

Italian Chicken Parmesan

This recipe is entirely guilt-free. You’ll need the following ingredients: boneless chicken breast, bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese, egg whites, butter-flavored pam spray, and low fat mozzarella cheese. Just beat 3 egg whites in a bowl and dip the chicken in the mixture. Pour some breadcrumbs on a separate plate, and coat the chicken with it. Spray butter-flavored pam spray in a casserole dish and then place the chicken in it.\ Place the spaghetti sauce over the chicken, and top it with parmesan cheese. Afterwards, you can bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Chicken à la King

What could be better than a creamy combination of chicken, mushrooms, and peppers? Use low-fat milk to keep it guilt-free. Use flour for thickening to avoid saturated fat.

Baked Honey Glazed Garlic Chicken

For this you’ll need two raw chicken breasts, 1 tbsp of natural honey, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 chopped shallot, a/ tsp dried basil, ¼ tsp pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken in a foil-lined baking pan. Then, add all of the ingredients in a measuring cup, before pouring the mixture onto the chicken. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, and you’ve got a delicious honey glazed garlic chicken meal. It’s free of guilt, and it’s a great tasting meal.

Barbecue Pulled Chicken

Have you ever heard of pulled pork? This is a reinterpretation that involves slow cooking the chicken in tomato sauce. Top it with sliced jalapenos, red onions, and some sour cream. It’s a great main course that you can also serve as a sandwich for a quick, pre-show meal.

Southern "Fried" Chicken

Fried chicken might not be the best option for you, because we know it’s too oily. Instead, prepare the following ingredients: 1 Lb Chicken Tenders, ¼ cup of Panko Breadcrumbs, ¼ cup of chopped chives, ½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese, butter-flavored pam spray, and 1 cup of buttermilk. For the marinade, you’ll need ½ small onion cut into wedges, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 garlic clove minced, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp light brown sugar, 1 tsp light brown sugar 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp ground pepper. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the chicken in a glass baking dish, and pour the marinade on it. Cover the whole thing, and store it in your fridge for at least 4 hours. Meanwhile, you can combine the breadcrumbs, chives, parmesan, and buttermilk in a shallow baking dish. After taking out the chicken, coat it with this mixture. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, place the chicken on a non-stick pan, and then bake it for 20 minutes on 350 degrees.   There are many other low-calorie recipe ideas out there. You just have to be creative. You don’t have to suffer from grass-tasting chicken right before a show! Always remember, you don’t need to trade flavor to keep fit. And for a little more boost in your endurance, give our GW 505516 a try. Testosterone Supplement Alternatives for Gaining Muscle and Strength

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] Testosterone plays an important role in the health of men. This hormone helps maintain muscle mass, sex drive, and bone density. While testosterone is highest when a man is in his early adulthood, it drops a little bit each year afterwards. And because of its importance, some bodybuilders tend to turn to testosterone supplements for the purposes of performance enhancement. They need to maintain their muscle mass and bone density after all. But do these supplements actually help?

Testosterone Supplements

There’s evidence that points out that testosterone supplements actually cause more problems than they solve. This type of supplement is reportedly linked to heart problems, particularly in men over the age 65. It was shown that men who took testosterone supplements were at greater risk of heart attack. There are a few good uses for testosterone supplements, however. It can help in the treatment of hypogonadism, a condition in which the body does not produce enough testosterone by itself. As for bodybuilders and athletes who only wish to take these supplements for the sake of enhancing performance, the benefits don’t seem to outweigh the risks.

Natural Ways to Boost Testosterone

While testosterone supplements may not be the best approach, there are ways to boost the production of this hormone naturally. For example, getting a good night’s sleep is a good way to make sure your testosterone levels are balanced. Aim for 7 to 8 hours per day. If you need to wake up early, try sleeping earlier. In terms of diet, make sure you’re getting enough zinc. Those who have hypogonadism are often found to have zinc deficiencies. As you may guessed, zinc plays an important role in regulating testosterone levels in healthy men. Include beans, nuts, and whole grains in your diet. Shop for seafood like oysters, crab, and lobster. If you like meat, poultry will do too. Aim for 11 mg of zinc per day. And of course, you need to be physically fit. Some old fashioned exercise can go a long way. With regular workouts, you can shed off excess weight. Overweight men are more likely to develop hypogonadism. In addition to this, endurance levels will increase after exercising, especially with resistance training. With enough testosterone in your system, you can feel happier and more confident. It also boosts your endurance, allowing you to push yourself to the limits.

A Safer Alternative

If you really want a supplement that can boost your training performance, there’s a safer alternative in the form of SARMs. They don’t boost your testosterone levels, but they can help you get stronger. Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) are similar to steroids—but they’re legal, and they don’t have side effects, granted you use them in moderation. They target only the muscle and bone cells, boosting their function to increase your endurance and strength. These supplements can also enhance your recovery time and work great when stacked together. SARMs can help you get more done during your training sessions, which in turn will naturally boost your testosterone levels. Talk to your doctor today about SARMs and ask their recommended daily dosage. Where Can You Buy SARMs?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] You work out at least five times a week. You watch what you eat and always make healthy choices. Still, you feel like you could be doing more. While you certainly should exert continuous effort when it comes to your workouts, there is a way to boost your performance without being too hard on yourself. And we’re not talking about steroids—we’re here to talk about SARMs, a safer alternative. Take note that SARMs are (safe) performance enhancers, and so you cannot use this if you are competing professionally in any sporting event. And even if you are allowed to take it, be sure to consult your doctor first. As beneficial as SARMs may be, there are still precautions you have to take note of.

Overview

What are SARMs? This acronym stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. They are supplements that help build muscle. Steroids work in the same way, but there are key differences that make SARMs safer in comparison. Steroids increase protein production in your cells while also promoting appetite and stimulating growth. However, steroids affect nearly every cell it touches, causing several unwanted side effects. Users may suffer from insomnia, addiction, hormonal imbalance, and high blood pressure. This is why steroids are now illegal in non-medical scenarios. Not only are SARMs legal, but they are also much more helpful. SARMs only attach to muscle and bone cells, hence the word “selective”. It boosts the function of these cells, allowing for an increase in strength and endurance. It can help you recover from injuries and joint pains more quickly. Users also experience reduced muscle loss. SARMs, when taken in moderation, are perfectly safe. Follow the dosage guidelines given to you by your doctors.

Where to Buy SARMs

You came to the right place. If you’re interested in buying SARMs, Olympic Labz can provide you with all the products you need to enhance your training performance. We offer popular SARMs formulations like the LGD 4033. This is considered one of the most potent SARMs per dosage. Compared to other products, it has nearly 12 times the potency in the same dosage level. Use it in moderation in order to make the most out of its benefits. MK 677 is another SARMs offering from Olympic Labz. It is also known as Nutrabol or Ibutamoren. It is good for stimulating the appetite, energy, and growth hormones. You may notice changes within 3 weeks of continuous, moderate doses. Olympic Labz also offers RAD 140, a formulation that’s fairly new to the market. It is focused on efficiency and minimizing potential side effects, so you can focus on working hard. The good news is that there are many more SARMs available through our shop, and you’ll surely find something that fits your exact fitness needs. SARMs for CrossFit: Will They Help Increase Muscular Endurance for Sports?

CrossFit is getting more and more popular these days. With more people trying out this fitness program, it’s no surprise that even bodybuilders want in on it. Is there any way that SARMs could help increase muscular endurance for sports and programs similar to CrossFit? As CrossFit grows in popularity, this question becomes more common. And so today we’re going to give you the answer once and for all.

CrossFit Overview

CrossFit is a conditioning program that consists of many different disciplines. It is unique in that it constantly varies the functional movements used while keeping the intensity high. This forces the body to adapt to the changes, ultimately becoming stronger, faster, and more enduring as time goes by. The ultimate prize for mastering this program is overall fitness. CrossFit classes usually include a warm-up, a skill development segment, a “workout of the day”, and a period of stretching. The so-called WOD or workout of the day is a high intensity exercise, an example of which is the wall walk, which involves doing a handstand to strengthen the core and the shoulders. Some CrossFit gyms keep track of WOD scores in order to rank individual performances and encourage competition. CrossFit is different from the usual program because it involves multiple disciplines. Equipment can range from dumbbells to gymnastic rings; from jump ropes to rowing machines.

How Can SARMs Help?

SARMs can provide the boost you need to get through any physical activity. They work like steroids, but if used in moderation they don’t have any side effects. They are great for bodybuilders, and, yes, for those who want to try out CrossFit. But take note that SARMs are still considered performance enhancers. This means you cannot take them if you are competing professionally in sports. For everybody else, SARMs can help increase strength, endurance, and recovery time. Those last two traits, endurance and recovery, are essential when it comes to CrossFit. Strength is something you can develop through CrossFit, but endurance and recovery is something you need in order to get through those programs. SARMs, or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, have properties similar to anabolic agents. They attach only to muscle and bone cells, which they then boost. With the right SARMs product, you can enhance your performance and increase your muscular endurance for programs like CrossFit.

SARMs to Try Out

Olympic Labz offers a number of different SARMs products that you can try if you want to step up your CrossFit game. SARMs RAD 140 is great because most workouts you’ll do in CrossFit are high intensity. His product will boost your stamina and endurance, while also enhancing your speed. SARMs Cardarine GW 501516 is also a good choice because it helps you burn fat. You can increase your energy and endurance without having to drink coffee or energy drinks. If you want to know the recommended dosage for SARMs, consult your doctor—everyone is different, and so the recommendations may vary. Use SARMs as a supplement for a balanced diet and regular workouts to make the most out of their benefits!

SARMs and the Law: Everything You Need to Know

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] You’ve heard about SARMs. They’re amazing supplements for bodybuilders, athletes, and anyone else who take fitness seriously. They can boost your raw potential. In fact, they work a bit like steroids but without nearly as much risk. And because they are often compared with steroids, the question of whether SARMs are legal or not is frequently raised. So are they? In this article, we’ll tell you everything you need to know.

Overview

SARMs, also known as Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, are therapeutic compounds—basically, they’re supplements. They have properties similar to anabolic agents, but they are also known for having reduced androgenic properties. The general opinion about SARMs is that they’re safe and effective, but you should still be careful when using them. The latter part of that statement actually has a point: any substance when abused can be bad for you. So if you’re an athlete or a bodybuilder, and you want to know for sure if SARMs is good for you, the best thing to do is consult your doctor. So what are they for? SARMs work like steroids, but -as mentioned earlier- don’t have the nasty side effects. They can help increase your strength, endurance, and recovery time. They can reduce muscle loss. And unlike steroids, they don’t cause liver damage, bone loss, or hormonal imbalance. Simply put, they can help you unleash your full potential.

Are SARMs Legal?

While all the benefits of SARMs sound great, you’re probably still wondering if they’re legal. The answer is yes. It is legal to purchase them online, and in fact, we provide a great selection of products for all your workout needs. However, you have to remember that SARMs are still considered performance enhancers. This means using SARMs is not permitted in most sports. If you are not competing professionally, and you simply want to achieve the body of your dreams, then feel free to take SARMs. While it is perfectly legal everywhere else, it is not allowed in the world of sports.

Are SARMs NCAA-Sanctioned?

No, they are not. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) also considers it a performance enhancing drug, and so SARMs are not allowed in this domain either. In fact, the NCAA classifies it under Anabolic Agents in their list of banned substances. The NCAA bans anabolic agents completely. And although they noted that there is no complete list of banned substances, they still named SARMs such as ostarine, LGD-4033, and ligandrol as examples of anabolic agents. Other anabolic agents that are prohibited by the NCAA alongside SARMs include androstenedione, boldenone, clenbuterol, nandrolone, and trenbolone. If you are an athlete, it’s better not to risk it. You can still achieve a competitive body by simply working hard, training continuously, and eating healthy. Hard work is still the best way to win the gold medal in any sporting event. As for those of you who do not wish to participate in any sporting events, SARMs are perfectly legal. Ask your doctor about them, and make sure you’re taking the right amount per day. This will give you the boost you need to get fit and healthy, quicker! [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Can You Buy Steroids Legally?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] Steroids are illegal—that much is common knowledge. But things get a bit more confusing once you hear the term “legal steroids”. What are legal steroids? How can you buy them? Well, this is similar to the fact that most prescription drugs are legal, granted that they are prescribed by a doctor and you use them properly. In order to obtain legal steroids, you must have a legal reason to do so. Today we’ll have a look at the concept of legal steroids.

Overview

In the US, anabolic androgenic steroids are controlled by the government through the Controlled Substances Acts of 1990, and 2004. This classifies steroids as a Schedule III controlled substance. This means it is illegal to manufacture, sell, or even possess anabolic steroids. There is an exception, however. Manufacturing can be done by a licensed pharmacy. A person may possess steroids if they are prescribed with it for a certain medical purpose. And so if you wish to use steroids for performance enhancement, then that is not legal. Performance enhancement is not recognized as a viable medical purpose. If your doctor prescribes steroids for this purpose, that is against the law.

Can You Buy Steroids Legally?

The answer to this question is yes and no—it depends on the intent. In order to obtain “legal steroids” you need a prescription from a licensed physician. Usually, these prescriptions are granted because of testosterone or androgen deficiencies. These are common conditions in men. Millions of men all over the world suffer from Andropause and low testosterone. The most important question then, is why would you want to obtain steroids if you do not need it for medical purposes? There is a reason why steroids were banned in the first place—and it’s not just because it undermines the hard work of other athletes competing professionally. It has everything to do with the fact that steroids are dangerous for the body. It causes more trouble than benefits. It overloads the body, attaching itself to every cell it could reach. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/tec32PT74ys" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>Avoid the legal pitfalls of steroids and use the legal SARMs from https://olympiclabz.com</iframe> And so obtaining legal steroids for performance enhancement is hardly worth it, if at all.

A Safer Alternative

For the purposes of performance enhancement, and granted you are not an athlete, there is a safer, better alternative to anabolic androgenic steroids. They are called SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) and they can give you the boost you need to unleash your raw potential. They can give you the strength to power through those workouts and really push yourself to the limit. They work similarly to steroids but if used in moderation don’t have any side effects. Some SARMs can also help increase your muscular endurance so you can keep training for long periods of time. Wanna try out CrossFit? SARMs like Cardarine GW 501516 can help you through those high intensity workouts. Want to run a marathon? SARMs will make sure you burn fat instead of muscle. SARMs only attach themselves to muscle and bone cells. The best part? SARMs are legal. They’re still considered performance enhancers, so you can’t use them if you’re a professional athlete. But otherwise, you can enjoy its many benefits. Talk to your doctor today about SARMs and ask for their recommended daily dosage. How Does Growth Hormone Affect Your Body?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] If you’re a bodybuilder, then chances are you’re acquainted with HGH. The human growth hormone is a natural testosterone booster that provides many other benefits for the body. Don’t worry though; you produce this all on your own. Exercise helps stimulate its secretion as do some bodybuilding supplements HGH plays a role in cell regeneration, growth, and maintaining the health of various vital organs. Below we’ll talk about some of its other benefits, if you’re not in the mood to read you can check out the video at the end of this post.

Physical Benefits of HGH

HGH accelerates lipolysis, which is the breakdown of lipids. So this means it can help the body burn down fat. This is especially significant for those who are obese. Growth hormone deficiency is linked with obesity. In turn, it works as a great natural treatment for people who are overweight. Aside from helping the body shed off those extra pounds, the human growth hormone also takes it a step further. It helps increase muscle strength. With sufficient HGH in your system you can improve your physical capacity and muscle strength. This helps explain why you get stronger after a high intensity workout at the gym. Two hours per day can really help you release that HGH into your bloodstream. With sufficient HGH, you’ll be improving your overall exercise performance. And what good are strong muscles if you don’t have strong bones? HGH helps develop those too. The pituitary gland stimulates the release of the growth hormone in order to regulate bone growth.  This is particularly true during puberty. On top of all these physical benefits, the human growth hormone allows for quicker healing. As bodybuilders, it is important for us to quickly recover from injuries. The joints and muscles are particularly vulnerable during workouts, and recovering from these is actually what allows muscle growth. HGH plays a crucial role in the quick repair of tissues, bones, and muscle.

Mental Benefits of HGH

HGH provides overall wellness, that’s why it’s so essential to the body. Not only does it provide physical benefits, it also works great for the mind. The human growth hormone improves your mood while also enhancing cognitive function. This means you’ll be sharper at work, you’ll be more efficient with your tasks, and you’ll feel good while doing them. HGH helps sharpen your memory, so you don’t forget important details in your daily life. This also ensures that you can stay focused on your ultimate fitness goals. Psychological well-being is just as important as your physical state. Good thing HGH takes care of both. In fact, it helps improve concentration, mood, and memory. On top of all these benefits, HGH has a good relationship with your sleeping habits. When you are asleep, the body absorbs the most amount of HGH throughout the day. On another note, HGH also ensures that you experience better sleep. Insufficient HGH can mean lack of sleep, and this means you’ll feel groggy throughout the next day. The human growth hormone is essential to our physical and mental health. Keep exercising and training hard to make sure you’re getting the most of it! And if you’re looking for some extra help with your endurance or burning bodyfat, use our Cardarine GW 510516 for your shredding phase. What Amount of Protein Should I Take to Gain Muscle?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] Working out is only half the battle—any decent fitness trainer will tell you that. Maintaining a healthy diet and making sure you’re getting the right amount of nutrients per day is the other half. Though we usually focus on things like SARMs vs Steroids around here, today we’ll be discussing your protein intake. Exercise puts a strain on your muscles, and nutrients help build it back up, better and stronger. It’s easy to see why weight training won’t do you any good if you’re not getting enough protein in your system. But how much protein do you really need? What amount of protein should you intake in order to gain muscle? Usual recommendations can range anywhere between 50 grams per day, to as much as three times your actual body weight. But the real answer is: it depends.

Daily Protein Intake

According to the American Dietetic Association, the recommended daily allowance (RDA) for protein is 0.36 per pound of bodyweight. You can simply weigh yourself and then multiply it by 0.36 to get your protein RDA. If you weigh 150lbs, your RDA for protein would be 54 grams. But there are other factors that you need to consider as well. Your fitness goals, genetics, and the rest of your diet will all factor into the amount of protein you actually need per day. As a general rule, getting between 0.6g to 1.1g of protein per pound of bodyweight is usually enough to help you gain muscle. However, those who are overweight should aim to consume their target body weight in grams of protein. If you weigh 200lbs, and you want to become 180lbs, you have to consume 180g of protein daily—and make sure you workout in order to shed off that extra fat. The goal would then be to reduce fat and carbohydrate intake simultaneously.

Protein Intake Isn’t the Only Thing Worth Watching

Those who are trying to gain weight should try to get their calories up. Just watch what you eat, and don’t mind those extra calories for now. Your goal is to put on size and weight—you need those calories. As for what food items are the best sources of protein, your best bet is to get them from animal sources, as they are likely to be complete proteins (meaning they contain all of the essential amino acids). Try eating more eggs, dairy, fish, seafood, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, Other sources of protein that occur naturally are incomplete proteins found in plant sources. Try fruits, vegetables, cereals, and coconut flour. A number of exceptions though: buckwheat, hemp, soy, quinoa, chia, and spirulina are non-animal sources that provide complete proteins. If you’re a vegetarian, you can still get enough protein from a variety of supplements. But rather than just focusing on proteins, you have to be sure you’re getting enough of the other essential nutrients as well. A conscious effort to eat more protein is good, but an effort to maintain a well-balanced diet is much better. This way, you can be healthier, stronger, and more energized—ready to take on the next challenge that comes your way.   If you’ve content with your current protein intake and still need a boost in your lifting results, SARMs like RAD 140 and Andarine S4 can help achieve larger and leaner muscles over a shorter period of time. Growth Factor-9 vs. SARMs: Which Should You Choose?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] Bodybuilders and athletes are always looking for ways to improve themselves. Most of the time the changes are physical, but we all know the important role that the mind plays during training. It’s a mental endurance exercise as much as it tests the strength of your muscles. Of course, a healthy diet and regular workout sessions can get you fairly far. But we can always use a little boost every now and then. If you want to become more efficient, both on the physical and mental aspect of the game, you will want to take supplements.

But which one?

There are so many options in the market. There are claims, reports, and testimonials here, there, and everywhere about so many different products. But in this article, we’ll only be talking about two: Growth Factor-9 and SARMs. We’ll be comparing the benefits of Growth Factor-9 to the benefits of SARMs. Which one should you trust? Let’s find out.

What is Growth Factor-9?

Growth Factor-9 is a natural growth hormone booster created by Novex Biotex. According to the manufacturer, it is a “US-patented, scientifically-backed product” that can support growth hormone levels by promoting your natural HGH levels. It contains L-lysine HCL, Oxo-Proline, N-acetyle L-cysteine, L-arginine HCL, L-Glutamine, and Schizonepeta Powder—all of which are natural ingredients. You take four capsules a day to get the desired results. HGH, or human growth hormone, is boosted by this product. It is a substance that naturally occurs in the body, which helps you and your muscles recover and grow quickly. It is backed by clinical tests. Unfortunately, users have mixed opinions regarding this product. Some don’t see changes in their body or their level of physical activity even after regular intake of this supplement. There are those who feel like their energy levels have increased, though, allowing them to exercise more efficiently. With mixed reviews plaguing this product, you will want to test and test it again for yourself to see if it’s really effective.

What are SARMs?

SARMs are similar to steroids. But here’s the catch: they are much less likely to give you side effects. We will get this out of the way before talking about the product even further: you still have to consult with your doctor if you want to try out SARMs. And once you do get started on using them, you have to make sure you don’t overdo it. SARMs are very helpful, but if they are abused, they can still cause health problems. Now, as for their benefits, SARMs work like steroids—they boost your physical abilities but without all the unwanted effects that steroids will cause. SARMs can help reduce muscle loss while simultaneously improving your strength. You will recover faster from joint pains and injuries, and your endurance will also increase. Do take note that SARMs are still just supplements. You still need to work hard, train hard, and eat right if you really want to see real effects. This type of supplement will give you the boost you need to accomplish this. For real strength and size building, we recommend LGD 4033, a formula that’s very potent per dosage. In comparison to other SARMs of the same dosage level, this product has nearly 12 times the potency. Use it moderately, and you can unleash your full potential. For an example of how SARMs can help you, check this out: [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

5 Best Workouts to Do When Using SARMs

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] what workouts to do when you are taking sarms SARMs, also known as Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, are considered as the safer alternative to steroids. They help you lose fat, gain muscle, and enhance your training performance. They have benefits similar to steroids, but without the multiple side effects that can harm you physically and mentally. With proper diet and regular exercise, SARMs can give you the boost you need in order to get in shape easily. Do keep in mind that SARMs are strictly prohibited in competitive sports, seeing as they’re considered performance enhancers. And for those who aren’t competing professionally, you should first consult with your doctor to see if SARMs are a good fit for you. Today we will be talking about some of the best workouts you can try when using SARMs. Bodybuilders, athletes, and fitness experts alike have different opinions on which exercises are the best. So we’re focusing on workouts that help you gain more strength and build your bulk. To match what SARMs you should take with a specific sport, click here to check out our suggestions. With the help of SARMs, you can take your training to the next level.

Top 5 Best Workouts to Do When Using SARMs

1. Standing Barbell Overhead Press

Every lifter should use this workout for their shoulder routine. It works major muscles including triceps, upper pectoralis, serratus anterior, trapezius, and middle and front delts. Take note, though, this workout requires strong legs. Do the standing barbell overhead press early in your shoulder training, as you will need maximum energy to work the delts with the intensity they require. Treat it similarly to a bench press. Try doing 8 to 12 reps for three sets, depending on your strength.

2. Barbell Bench Press

Start with this workout when training your chest. This way, you’ll be able to press more weight with more power. Choosing the barbell over dumbbells is recommended for this workout because it’s easier to control in this motion. There will also be no strength imbalance as far as your arms and chest are concerned. This exercise works the triceps, the anterior deltoid, and the pectoralis major and minor. Lift heavy but maintain lower rep ranges at the start of your workout.

3. Dumbbell Curls

If you want to work your biceps, dumbbell curls are the best. Other than the biceps, this also works major muscles like the brachialis, the pronator teres, and the brachioradialis. While barbells let you lift heavier weights, dumbbells work better for this particular exercise because they help prevent strength and muscle imbalance. You will notice that it gives you a greater range of motion, while also offering the freedom to change your hand position if needed. Try lifting heavier weights for a few sets of 8 reps.

4. Bent-Over Barbell Row

An overall workout that lets you to pay attention to your back muscles too. With the bent-over barbell row, you can work the major muscles such as the rear delt, the trapezius, the lower back, the biceps, and the rhomboid. This workout hammers the entire back evenly. Make sure you do it properly though: when lifting heavier loads, do not let your back round when pulling. That can increase stress on the lumbar discs. Try alternating between underhand and overhand grips if you’re feeling comfortable with it. Do heavy sets in lower rep ranges up to 10 reps, for 3 sets.

5. Romanian Deadlift

This one focuses on your hamstrings, gluteus maximus, and also your lower back. The hamstrings cross the knee and hip joints, meaning you need to work those areas to get results. Do this as your first exercise when working on your hamstrings. Try sticking with up to 12 reps, only making it more difficult with heavier weights. Keep your hips backward and your shoulders locked in.

Conclusion

These workouts work fine on their own and have proven themselves to be particularly effective. Imagine how much better they’ll be if you use them in conjunction with strength-building SARMs like the insane Gold Stack combo or the remarkably effective LGD 4033. Make sure to know the proper dosage when taking these supplements. As always, speak with your doctor if you’re interested in taking SARMs. [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Will Using SARMs Increase My One Rep Max?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] The One Rep Max (1RM), is also known as the ultimate test of strength. Most bodybuilders work hard to increase it—they always want to improve those numbers. But what exactly is it? And what do Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (or SARMs) have to do with it? In this article, we’re going to answer those questions.

What is the One Rep Max?

The One Rep Max refers to the maximum weight you can lift on a particular exercise, for only one rep. It serves as a good measure of strength, as you can easily keep track of this number just by noting it. You can measure your One Rep Max for any given exercise. This way, you will know which workouts you are weak in, and which one you’re already performing well in. However, there are certain exercises that are better suited for the One Rep Max. For example, military press, bench press, deadlifts, and barbell curls are all great workouts for measuring One Rep Max. Knowing your 1RM can help you get started toward improving your training. One Rep Max is calculated using the amount of weight you lift and the number of reps you did for a certain exercise. The formula for the upper body 1RM is: (4.6RM X 1.1307) + 0.6998. As for the lower body, the formula is (4-6RM x 1.09703) + 14.2546. There are also online calculators for 1RM to make it easier. There is a variation of the One Rep Max called the Ten Rep Max, which is exactly what the name implies. It’s the maximum amount of weight you can lift for ten reps.

What are SARMs?

We’ll say it right off the bat: SARMs are performance enhancers. This means they are prohibited in professional sports, so don’t take them if you’re an athlete looking to make it big. That said, SARMs are similar to steroids, only safer. They work in the same way: these supplements can improve your physical performance. They can help make you stronger; eliminate fat; promote muscle growth; increase your recovery time. SARMs can give you all of these benefits without the harmful side effects of steroids. Steroids attach to all the cells they find. This puts your body on overdrive, producing a variety of unwanted side effects. SARMS, on the other hand, only attach to muscle and bone cells to improve their function. While SARMs are legal, they are not without their disadvantages. If misused, they can still produce adverse effects. Make sure you ask your doctor if you plan on taking SARMs yourself.

Will SARMs Increase Your One Rep Max?

Only hard work, patience, and determination can improve your One Rep Max—but SARMs like the effective RAD 140 will give you the extra boost you need to achieve it. You will still need to eat healthy, and you will still need to train very hard and lift heavier weights. But with SARMs, you’ll find that doing so is much easier than you thought possible with a legal product. Most fitness junkies and bodybuilders feel like they can always improve in certain aspects. One Rep Max helps you keep track of the areas where you can still improve in, and SARMs can help you get there. Keep practicing and train consistently in the higher rep ranges. You’ll increase your One Rep Max in no time. What You Need to Know About SARMs

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"]

An Introduction to SARMs

SARMs stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. But what does that mean? The first thing you should know about SARMs is that they’re usually used as supplements for building muscle. You might be more familiar with Steroids for this effect. SARMs act similarly to steroids but have key differences that make them safer to use.

How Steroids Work

Steroids work by increasing the protein production in our cells, which helps build muscle. This makes steroids effective for bodybuilding. They also promote appetite, stimulate growth, and increase testosterone levels. Steroids do this by helping our cells trigger their natural function more readily. Our cells produce proteins even without steroids, steroids just give them a push to work on overdrive. However, steroids also bring many unwanted side effects. These may include an increase in blood pressure, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, and addiction, among other issues. The addictive side effect of steroids is why it’s considered a Schedule III drug under the Controlled Substances Act. Long-term use of steroids can also result in irreversible health damages.

How SARMs Work

SARMs work like steroids with some important differences. Steroids affect any kind of cell that they can attach themselves to. SARMs, on the other hand, work by attaching only to muscle and bone cells. This is why they’re called "Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators." They only affect selected cells to receive boosted function. To put it simply, steroids affect anything they can reach. This can overload any cells that it can get its hands on, forcing them to produce more proteins whether or not it’s beneficial for that particular cell. SARMs, on the other hand, choose which cells are meant to produce proteins for muscle and bodybuilding. The cells do what they are meant to do, thus preventing imbalance in the body. SARMs also leave little to no trace of their presence after the work is done, unlike steroids. However, SARMs, much like other products, can come with side effects if abused.

What are the Effects of SARMs?

While SARMs don’t have an official medical use (yet), they have other benefits beyond muscle growth. Researchers continue to study the effects of SARMs to uncover their potential. The following are benefits that bodybuilders can gain from SARMs:
  • Reduced muscle loss
  • Improved strength
  • Faster recovery from joint pains and injuries
  • Improved endurance
In addition to these benefits, here are effects of SARMs in comparison to steroids:
  • No Bone Loss
  • Avoids Prostate Issues
  • Avoids Hormonal Imbalance
  • Does not contain Estrogen
  • No Liver Damage

How Safe are SARMs?

In moderation, SARMs are safe. It's highly advisable to consult your doctor about SARMs and follow the dosage guidelines your doctor recommends. Given that the effects of SARMs are more gradual than steroids, it's best to stick with the recommended dosage to prevent any potential unwanted effects. SARMs are also legal. You can purchase them as oral supplements quite readily. However, SARMs are still a performance-enhancing drug, therefore they are not permitted for use in professional sports. For competitions and sports, hard work is still the way to go.

What SARMs are on the market?

With the increasing research, there are plenty of types of SARMs to choose from. What’s important to keep in mind is their formulations. Here are some of the more popular SARMs that you can choose from:

LGD 4033

This formula is one of the most potent per dosage. On average, it has nearly 12 times the potency compared to other common SARMs in the same dosage level. This formula is recommended for cutting cycles to avoid muscle loss. It comes with the chance of a side effect, however. This formula may affect the HPTA hormones or the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis. In this case, it's advisable to use this formula in moderation and pair it with SERM or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator.

MK 677

This formula is otherwise known as Nutrabol or Ibutamoren. This formula stimulates appetite, energy and growth hormones. Its effects can be noticeable within 3 to 6 weeks of continuous moderate doses. The increased growth hormone may also induce deep sleep and slight tingling of the hands. It’s best to take this formula by increasing the dosage every month and stopping after the third month.

RAD 140

This formula is fairly new to the market. It has an anabolic to androgenic ratio of 90:1. This suggests that for every 90 units of muscle building will only yield 1 unit of potential side effect. This promises efficiency in gains with less possible problems. Before taking in SARMs, remember to consult your doctor. Follow the dosage as instructed by your doctor for best results and minimizing side effects.   [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Androsta Max: The Perfect Pair to Steroids

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] Our brain controls our entire body. It sends its commands via our nervous system and receives information the same way. This is how it controls our voluntary and involuntary actions. It also controls our bodies at a much higher level: directing development and adaptation. It does so using hormones.e Hormones are compounds that have a profound effect on the body. Two hormones, in particular, create some of the greatest changes in us and that's testosterone and estrogen. Testosterone causes an increase in muscle mass, fat metabolism, and bone density. Estrogen, on the other hand, causes increased fat storage, causes smaller bone development and diminishes fat burn. This may all sound rather negative compared to testosterone, but it massively helps women in their reproductive phases and pregnancy. These two are present in our body, performing an intricate balance to rival tightrope walkers. A burst of testosterone triggers the release of “Aromatase Enzymes” which convert testosterone into “Estriol,” a type of estrogen. Why all the talk about hormones? Because steroids act just like it. Steroids are essentially chemicals that masquerade like testosterone, (or in some cases, are synthetic testosterone.) When steroids enter your body, it believes that it just released a lot of testosterone, so what does it do? It releases a flood of aromatase enzymes and converts all remaining testosterone to estrogen. Not only that, the body also makes more estrogen to speed the process up.

Side Effects of High Estrogen In Males

When the body tries to balance the testosterone with estrogen, it creates a hormonal imbalance. Furthermore, excess estrogen produces the following effects:
  • Weight gain/ Weight retention
  • Migraines
  • Water retention
  • Decreased libido
  • Mood Swings
  • Irritability
  • Deep depression
Thoseare the common minor effects. There are major effects often caused by long-term exposure to high estrogen such as cancer. This is one of the reasons why steroids cause side-effects in people. The estrogen is the body’s way of counteracting the huge testosterone bursts, which more often than not doesn’t succeed. This is the reason why people who use steroids often have a PTC or Post Cycle Therapy. One such method of PTC is using androsta 3 5 diene 7 17 dione. Around here we call it “Androsta Max”

Benefits of Using Androsta Max

Androsta Max is an Aromatase Inhibitor. You can use Androsta either during your testosterone cycle or after your cycle. It doesn't stop natural estrogen production, but it dramatically reduces the potential side-effects when testosterone is converted to estrogen. It also has the effect of keeping cortisol levels low. This, in turn, causes the following benefits.
  • Lower estrogen and cortisol levels helps lose weight

Androsta Max doesn’t have to be a PCT, it can be used on its own as an aid in weight loss or cutting.
  • Lower cortisol levels help maintain muscle

One nightmare steroids users have is rapidly losing their hard-earned gains after using steroids. Androsta Max’s effects help maintain gains while cutting down on fats.
  • Increased libido

Lower estrogen levels mean testosterone is free to go about its business. One such business is increasing your libido and overall "performance stamina". How this stamina is used is completely up to you.
  • It keeps estrogen-related side effects away, even after using it.

Some people think that using Androsta Max will just cause another rebound leading to an endless cycle of hormone treatments. Androsta simply disables the enzymes and doesn’t block the source, so when you stop the body assumes it has completed its balancing and goes back to normal. Androsta Max makes a great pair to use with steroids, even with SARMs. Its estrogen and cortisol blocking effects more than makeup for steroids’ side-effects. Even by itself, Androsta works as a good cutting phase supplement while still being helpful in the bulking phase.   [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Are SARMs Only Good For Bulking? What About Endurance?

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] You’ve heard about steroids and what they can do to your body, If you haven’t, steroids make cells receive a flood of testosterone. By receiving increased testosterone, muscle cells increase their protein intake, bone cells gather more calcium and certain organs switch to “high performance mode.”  The problem with this is that steroids come with some rough side-effects like acne, testicular shrinkage, and increased body hair (which might not be a problem for some). Then came SARMs. Short for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, SARMs are the next generation of products that produce similar effects to anabolic steroids but with dramatically fewer side-effects. This works wholly because of their ‘selective' nature. SARMs only affect certain cells like muscle and bones. Leaving the rest of your body to function normally. But the question still remains: Are SARMs only good for bulking? Cutting? What about Endurance?

Yes! SARMs Can Be Used To Increase Endurance

There are several formulations of SARMs tailor-made for specific users. There are SARMs like RAD 140 and Ostarine that are optimized for muscular growth. There are others like Cardarine and SR9009 that focus less on muscle growth and more on optimizing your body's metabolism. Which one is best for you? There are several SARMs out there that may fit your particular training regime, so it’s best to familiarize yourself with what’s available.

Types of SARMs For Endurance

You’ll notice that all SARMs are labeled by their codes. They may come with different names, but the code will always determine what type of SARMs they are.
  • SR9009 / Stenabolic

Technically speaking, SR9009 is not a SARM. It's a PPAR agonist. The reason it's grouped with SARMs is that it enhances your performance, modulates select cells and causes minimal side effects. PPAR is short for Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor. When these receptors are stimulated or "agonized," cells process more cholesterol, carbs and fats. Put simply. PPAR agonists switch a cell's "Power Mode" from "Battery Saver" to "High Performance." Furthermore, it causes cells to burn calories instead of storing them, preventing the production of fat.  When you burn more calories, your body sends the command to start burning fats. Stenabolic aids the conversion of fats to energy, giving you nearly twice the stamina you once had. While SR9009 is great for cutting fat to reveal your muscles, it’s equally great for increasing your endurance. The recommended dosage for Stenabolic is 15mg to 30mg a day, (depending on your weight and training intensity). Due to its short half-life, it's best to take your a dose every 2-4 hours. Ex. 20 mg per day, 5 mg taken every ttjree hours until you reach 20 mg. As far as side effects go, users have reported feeling tired and weak during the first 2 hours of consumption. This is mainly due to the gap of energy experienced when the body runs out of quick-burn calories and shifts to metabolizing fat. This can take a little while, but once the body processes enough fats, the side-effect disappears. People also report increased appetites, which can get in the way of losing weight. Thankfully, a bit of conditioning solves it.
  • GW 505516 / Cardarine

Constantly compared to Stenabolic, Cardarine is often hailed as the "holy grail" of endurance enhancing products. Like Stenabolic, Cardarine is a PPAR agonist, but it has a more potent effect. According to clinical trials on mice that were given a high-fat diet, they still managed to lose fat. This is due to Cardarine's ability to so efficiently stimulate your muscles, lungs, and heart. When doing any kind of training, what you don’t want to do is reach your absolute maximum heart rate. When you reach your max heart rate, you’ll start to feel winded and likely lose your momentum. Cardarine stimulates your body to keep it fueled. This diminishes the need for the heart to pump more blood to the system. In some cases, users stack Cardarine with Andarine, an actual SARM that mimics testosterone effects. Though they claim that this is the best endurance and cutting combo, do your homework first. The recommended minimum dosage of Cardarine is 20 mg, taken in one go, or distributed throughout the day. The latter is better for first timers. As far as side effects are concerned, it’s the same as Stenabolic. Any other side effects can be caused by overdosage and preexisting conditions, which vary from user to user.   [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Building Muscles The Natural Way

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] When people see magazines of musclebound men and well-toned women, some of them think of getting their body looking just like that: well toned, strong, in shape (no, ‘round’ is not an acceptable shape) just as nature intended. Lucky for us, we have ways to get fit, both by using tools and through hard work. But how do you get there? What does it take to build muscle? How does it work?

How Muscle Mass Grows

We have several kinds of muscles. There are the cardiac, smooth and skeletal muscles. These cells that make up these muscles have two purposes: to expand and contract. When they all work in concert, our bodies can move, digest, breathe and ultimately, live. What we want to train for gains is our skeletal muscles. These cells are responsible for moving your bones, allowing you to thereby move your body. When you work out, your muscles and bones get damaged. When you bench press that barbel, you create tiny tears in your chest muscles. The damage is minimal, less than 1% of its mass, but when you stop working out and start resting, the magic happens. Muscles begin their repair by gathering materials to make protein. They “remember” how much damage they took and add a little bit more protein to avoid getting damaged again. If the damage is great enough, your brain will order certain cells to turn into muscle cells. When this happens regularly, your muscle cells thicken and increase, causing muscle growth and increased strength. One last thing to add to the bulk is glycogen. Your body needs the energy to do things, so when your muscles realize that they need more "easily available" energy, they hoard glycogen, increasing the muscle's overall mass.

How Your Hormones Affect Muscle Growth

Testosterone, in particular, is the main hormone that affects muscle growth. When you work out, your brain triggers the release of testosterone. When your muscles receive or detect these hormones, it triggers them to magnify and quicken the repair process. This is why SARMs and Steroids help boost muscular growth. They act like testosterone, making your muscles behave accordingly. Users have reported magnifying their gains twofold with proper use. Another kind of compound that can affect muscle growth is Omega 3, which can be found in abundance in Arachidonic Acid. This compound is responsible for your body's inflammation process. Abundant amounts of arachidonic acid facilitates proper inflammation of the muscles, speeding up repair and recovery. Arachidonic Acid can come in a food supplement form, which can be taken like a multivitamin.

How To Get Good Gains

This guideline is better suited to people who want to build muscle, but some of it applies to anyone who wants to stay fit and be healthy, which is what everyone should do.
  • Eat well and eat right

For people who are working on bulking themselves up, eat a lot. Have a diet heavy with protein and calories, but eat right as well, cut the junk food and soda. A greasy burger or a thick steak is alright every now and then, but only when you’re bulking up. For those in the cutting phase, lose the calories, but stay heavy on the protein.
  • Keep your workout short but sweet

When we say sweet, we mean intense. This is to take advantage of your body's reaction to high-stress situations. Short, high-intensity workouts damage the muscles enough to trigger inflammation and repair. Plus, it gives you more time to rest, which is the other half of bodybuilding.
  • Rest in between

Since rest is where the muscle begins to gain mass, you should capitalize on it. Keep your workouts a day apart. In some cases, you can work out certain muscle groups on one day, then the next group on the second. Ex. Chest, biceps, shoulders on one day, then back, triceps, abs, and legs on the other. The point is to ensure that the muscles you tore will rest for a day or two.
  • Sleep for eight hours

Your body goes to a certain state during sleep, maximizing repairs and rebalancing your body chemistry. Get your full eight hours to get the most out of the repairs, Any more than that can cause dips in your energy and any less will make you feel more tired.
  • Stick with it!

Plan your workout program fully and set a rigid schedule. Don't get lazy. Keep pushing yourself until you complete your program. The only way quitting is ever accepted is if your last rep is "pumping to failure."   [/et_pb_text][et_pb_button admin_label="Buy SARMs Now" _builder_version="3.0.51" button_text="Buy SARMs Now" button_url="https://olympiclabz.com/shop/" url_new_window="on" button_alignment="left" background_layout="light" custom_button="on" button_text_color="#e02b20" button_letter_spacing="0" button_icon_placement="right" button_on_hover="off" button_text_color_hover="#68d800" button_letter_spacing_hover="0" saved_tabs="all" /][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

S4 aka Andarine: Everything You Need to Know

[et_pb_section bb_built="1" admin_label="section"][et_pb_row admin_label="row"][et_pb_column type="4_4"][et_pb_text admin_label="Text"] When we work out, we either want the most effective or the most efficient way to get results. Some go through rigorous training, spending every possible effort short of injury. Others go through modified training regimes stretched out over a long period, in order to give just the right amount of minimum effort, to get bonafide results. Somewhere between those two, there are those who want to improve faster and better, to generate more results per the effort they spend. These people get help from supplements and drugs such as steroids. The problem with steroids is that they have side-effects that, when taken without due diligence, cause more problems than benefits. This is where SARMs shine. Short for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator(s), they give nearly the same effects as steroids, but have minimal to zero side-effects. This is because SARMs only affect muscles and bones while leaving the rest of your body untouched. There are multiple types of SARMs out there, one that gets commonly used is S4, also known as Andarine.   What is Andarine? The technical information: Chemical Formula: C19H18F3N3O6 Chemical Name: S-3-(4-acetylaminophenoxy)-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-N-(4-nitro-3- trifluoromethylpheanyl)propionamide. Half-Life: 2.6 Hours (This is important to know) Andarine is one of the more powerful types of SARMs on the market. It's already being studied for medicinal uses, such as treatment for cachexia (muscle wasting syndrome), osteoporosis, and prostate issues. Like most SARMs, Andarine stimulates the androgen receptors in your skeletal muscles and bones. It causes cells to synthesize more protein, leading to bigger and stronger muscles. It also promotes muscular recovery, ensuring that muscular pain from physical exertion doesn’t last.   It also has the added effect of helping you burn fat. When Andarine binds to your muscles, it causes your cells to oxidize more fat and increase their calorie intake.   How to take Andarine Andarine comes in both liquid and pill form. The minimum daily dosage to get the proper effect is 50mg to 70mg. The amount may vary depending on your weight, but you can always take 50mg to be on the safe side. Andarine has a rather short half-life. This means in 2-3 hours, Andarine will be completely metabolized by your system, flushing away any excess unprocessed Andarine. This means to fully absorb the product, you need to divide it into 2-3 hour intervals. Example: You’re taking 60mg Andarine daily and plan to take it 3 times a day (after meals) so you take 20 for breakfast, 20 for lunch and 20 for dinner, with your workout somewhere in between. Try to keep the dosage even between periods. Recommended cycle or dosage duration is 6-12 weeks, 5 days each week. Afterwards, stop for at least 4 weeks before taking it again.   Benefits of Taking Andarine We already knew what SARMs are and what they do, but Andarine is popular for a reason. It's been consistently compared to steroids.

  • Andarine is ideal for cutting
It’s effect on muscular development and fat burning makes it ideal for nearly any kind of training. Where it shines mostly is during the cutting phase. Andarine’s muscle gaining and maintaining effects make sure you lose fat and keep your gains.
  • It helps shape and define muscles
Andarine users have stated a "drying" or "sharpening" effect when using Andarine. It causes their muscles to look more pronounced as the skin fat around them dramatically shrink. Paired with its muscle sharpening is how it helps thicken lean muscles. This means it's also useful during the bulking phase for that aesthetic "well-defined" bulk.
  • It provides you more energy
When cells oxidize fat and burn calories, you get energy. This means you can work out longer, complete more reps and do your cardio without getting winded too quickly. The effect is not just physical but mental, too, giving you that “Good State of Well-being” kind of feeling.   Side Effects of Andarine The most common side-effects are blurry vision and night blindness. The effect is not profound but is enough to be noticeable. Thankfully, the effect is temporary and goes away fairly quickly after stopping consumption. Another is the common SARMs side-effect of suppressing your testosterone, but the effect is minimal. However, people with low testosterone should find a way to normalize their levels before using Andarine to avoid complications.   [/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
